Developed a full-scale marketing plan for a hypothetical limited-edition collaboration between Havaianas Brazil and Walt Disney Pictures, timed to the theatrical release of Toy Story 5.

The campaign — titled Volte a Brincar (“Go Back to Play”) — was designed around a nostalgia-driven positioning strategy targeting millennial women 25–34 in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. Key deliverables included a SWOT and competitive landscape analysis, buyer persona development, a 4P’s marketing mix strategy, a 10-week execution calendar, a full-funnel media approach across TikTok and Meta, and a revenue model projecting R$19.68M in incremental sales across 160,000 limited-edition units.

The project demonstrates applied skills in market research, campaign strategy, KPI development, budget modeling, and brand storytelling — with a particular focus on cross-generational consumer behavior and licensed merchandise marketing in the LATAM market.
